Leveling floors is the most important step before installing any surface. Leveling is to get the floor within industry standards and to the manufacturers recommended tolerance. Anything greater than 3/16” over 10’ span is recommended to have leveling done. A level subfloor – means flat and straight, it will help eliminate any issues or damages that may cause uneven subfloor.
