From sales to installation, the whole experience was extremely satisfying. I was patiently assisted in my quest for the perfect flooring for our home renovation. I finally selected a Hard Maple Solid Wood floor for the kitchen/great room, dining room, powder room, living room areas and a 20 inch tile for the foyer. As the wood has acclimate, it was delivered early but Cambridge Staff took care to make sure it disrupted our lives as little as possible.
Once installation began, the installers were always on time, mindful of how the end result would look and cleaned up any mess each and every day – not just at the end of the project! They were a real pleasure to deal with. Never did I feel like I was asking too much, though, truth be told, I probably was. Other trades people even commented on what fine work the installers were doing. Saying they were “master craftsmen”. The tile setter was a Cambridgecle worker. He also gave me suggestions and options to ensure a fantastic outcome. Finally, they installed a deeper, taller base board.
The finished result is spectacular! I would (and have) highly recommended this company for all of your flooring and finishing needs. Thank you Alex, Allan and Kate, of Cambridge Floors.
